                                                        NEW VENDOR GUIDELINES

1.  ALL vendors MUST CHECK IN AT IUKA HERITAGE FESTIVAL INFORMATION             BOOTH located at the front entrance of the park BEFORE setting up. NO EXCEPTIONS!

2.  Vendors may set up beginning Friday, August 30th

3.  Vendors allowed one vehicle per vendor space in park, unload vehicle, move vehicle
     out of park to parking spaces reserved for vendors.

4.  Vendors may begin selling Friday, August 30th at 3:00 p.m. until after entertainment
      on Friday night. 

5.  All vehicles must be out of park by 5:00 P.M. on Friday and 8:00 A.M. on Saturday 
    
6.  Vendor space MUST be paid for no later than Wednesday August 23rd or you WILL 
     NOT be allowed to set up on Friday and/or Saturday.  NO Payments will be accepted
     on Friday or Saturday.

7.  Park Entrance will be CLOSED for vehicles after 5:00 PM on Friday and 8:00 AM on
     Saturday and will not reopen until 4:30 - 5:00 PM on Saturday August 31st except in
     case of emergency.                              

8.  Vendors may begin leaving at 4:30-5:00 PM Saturday.

9.  Vendors may purchase Ice at the park upon request. Call 662-423-8421 or 662-423-8638.

10.  All vendors will Pick Up their Welcome Packets and Sales Tax paperwork upon Check In
       at the Iuka Heritage Festival Information Booth at the front entrance. The 
       paperwork must be filled out and returned to the Festival Booth at the end of your day.

11. The Mississippi State Tax Commission requires the IHF to collect all sales tax at the 
       festival for this 2 day event. If you already have a Sales Tax No. from the state you still
       need to fill out the papers and pay sales tax for these 2 days to the Iuka Heritage
       Committee
instead of your monthly sales tax return.

12. Cancellations must be received by August 10th in order to receive a refund of Vendor 
       fees.

13. In order to get the same Vendor Space as last year, you MUST Reply and Payment MUST 
       be made no later than August 1, 2019. First come first served.

14. NO Vendor Space will be held until an Application and Payment has been
      received.


​15.  NO VENDORS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER MONDAY August 26th.
