WELCOME to Iuka, located in the northeast corner of North Mississippi. Our Iuka Heritage Festival began in 1987 as a one day event. Iuka has a diverse heritage including Indian heritage, Civil War Battle of Iuka, a railroad town, and our world famous Mineral Springs. In the years since our beginning, the Festival has evolved into a weekend event celebrated on Labor Day Weekend. It is the highlight of our "end of summer" celebrations. We are host to thousands of visitors who come to celebrate with us. Our annual event takes place in Mineral Springs Park, Jay Bird Park and other places around our beautiful city.
The 2012 Festival is dedicated In Loving Memory to Mr. Sammy Darwin. Read more Here. Please JOIN US this year as we celebrate our heritage and as we Commemorate the 150th Anniversary of the Battle of Iuka. Hope to see you Here!!!
